The thrill of the chase

Ascot chase free raceday – Saturday 14th February 2015

To celebrate 50 years of Jumps racing at Ascot, the racecourse is offering four complimentary Grandstand Admission tickets per applicant for the Ascot Chase Raceday!

The Grandstand offers restaurants, bars and trackside lawns plus a range of entertainment away from the track. Guests can also enjoy both the Pre-Parade Ring and Parade Ring.

Ascot racecourse’s history goes well beyond 50 years. It was originally laid out in 1711 and the first permanent building was erected around 1794. In 1813, Parliament passed an Act of Enclosure, which ensured that the land would always be kept and used as a public racecourse. Closed in 2004 for a £200-million redevelopment it reopened in June 2006 with Duralock Performance Fencing used throughout.
